"Plants of the Dinosaurs" Interpretive hike with docent Lizzy Silverstein. Ferns are an important and ancient part of the lush greenery that abounds in our forests. Come learn about some of the first vascular plants dating back to the time when dinosaurs roamed the earth and beyond!

What to bring: Come prepared. Wear good hiking shoes/boots. Bring plenty of water, lunch and snacks. Hiking poles are recommended on this mountain.
Participation: This hike is limited to 20 people on a first come, first serve basis. Be on time to allow for parking and meeting with your group. No entrance fee. No pets (unless otherwise specified).
Cancellation policy: Rain or winds above 30 mph will cancel.
Parking: Pantoll, Bootjack, and East Peak trailheads require an $8 parking fee (exact change or check).
