“Silence and sounds of nature” led by docent Rosalind Gottfried.
–Mindfulness in nature will be explored, especially in relationship to the sounds, and silences, on the trail. Meet in Pantoll parking lot, near bathrooms. Dark green Camry, will have a sign indicating Friends of Mt Tam hike.
